Two New Storefronts on Grand

On Grand, just south of Greene: two new storefronts! They look fairly nice -- I like the doors. The window sign only references a permit for fencing. No visible clues as to what'll go in there. Looks like an amazing roof deck thing on top. (insert jealousy) Tips?
